Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and weekly flash/Capex outputs.
  • Oversee working-capital functions and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Lead month-end close and consolidated forecasting submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, controls, audits, and legislation.
  • Monitor cash flow, drive cost savings, and improve financial efficiency.
  • Support strategic projects, enhance financial systems, and lead the finance team.

Requirements

  • B.Com Accounting qualification.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and working capital management.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, forecasting, and digital tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical ability, and risk-management skills.
