Civil Engineer Manager – Jindal Energy Botswana
Job Description
We are looking for skilled and motivated Civil Engineers to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising all civil construction activities with the project requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Monitoring & control with implementation of quality standard & procedures.
- Manage and execute Engineering projects to ensure time delivery.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, Measurements sheets, BOQ.
- Ensure all construction work should be carried out with standard protocols, methodologies & specified technical specifications with all safety standards.
- To monitor all Civil & Infra works as per approved method of statements, quality standard and evaluate day to day planning, scheduling & budgeting analysis on new items & monitoring them.
- Prepare and summarize daily DPR, DLR, monthly progress reports with technical specs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 20+ years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in Power plants or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
