Job Description
As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the organisation’s process landscape by ensuring that business processes are clearly defined, consistently documented, measured, and governed. Your role is to create visibility, accountability, and control over how work is performed across the enterprise.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with process owners to embed governance disciplines such as process ownership, risk assessment, performance measurement, and periodic reviews. You will ensure processes remain current, compliant, and fit for purpose in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate process discovery sessions with business process owners and SMEs to capture end-to-end processes.
- Develop and maintain current-state process models using standard modelling conventions.
- Ensure all processes are clearly scoped, named, version-controlled, and stored in the enterprise process repository.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of clear process ownership and accountability.
- Coordinate formal process sign-off and approval cycles with designated process owners.
- Schedule and facilitate periodic process owner reviews to confirm ongoing relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Define and document process KPIs, controls, and performance indicators in collaboration with process owners.
- Support the collection and reporting of process performance data.
- Identify performance trends, control gaps, and early indicators of process risk.
- Maintain process maturity and compliance dashboards for management reporting.
- Work closely with Automation, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure processes are automation-ready and well-controlled.
- Provide guidance to business teams on process standards, modelling expectations, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting recurring governance gaps and systemic issues.
Requirements
- Experience with process modelling tools (ARIS, Bizagi, Visio, or equivalent).
- Comfortable working with process inventories, repositories, and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze process performance data and identify trends
- 3–5 years’ experience in process management, business analysis, operations, or governance-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of process management and governance principles.
- Experience in process modelling and documentation.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications (advantageous):
- BPM / Process Management certification
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
- Risk or Governance-related training
