Job Description
To provide a centralized KYC and account management function for FNBB Clients & to ensure legislation is adhered to with regards to on boarding of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and confirm whether the entity/client has been KYC’d according to internal rules
- Check for data errors on customer profiles
- Contact customers as prescribed by laid down procedure, to obtain KYC data
- Review received documents and feedback to customers promptly or request outstanding documentation
- Change / re-load clients’ information and documentation on relevant systems
- Remediate data errors in line with laid down KYC and Data Quality Standards
- Ensure deadlines are met according to BU requirements, internal rules and business needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement on customer experience around Customer Due Diligence
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or related qualification.
- 1 year previous experience on similar role.
- Analysis and attention to detail
