Senior SAP HCM & Organisational Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimise SAP HCM: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Talent
• Implement and enhance SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA HCM solutions
• Lead organisational development and change-management initiatives
• Oversee data migration, integration testing, and go-live support
• Mentor internal teams and deliver end-user training.
• 15+ years SAP HCM experience with 4+ full-cycle implementations
• Proven track record in OD/HR transformation
• Strong SuccessFactors and S/4HANA expertise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership
