BRANCH MANAGER MAUN
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all Maun branch operations, including linehaul and consa,
- Drive financial performance, budgeting, cost control and profitability.
- Manage depot operations: routing, fleet movement, fuel control, security, and asset utilisation.
- Oversee fleet assets, maintenance, compliance, and safety standards..
- Lead and manage staff, drivers, and subcontractors, including overtime and payroll inputs.
- Manage customer service delivery, claims, SLAs, and payments.
- Support business development and growth within the Maun and tourism logistics market.
- Prepare management reports and represent the branch at leadership meetings.
- Provide after-hours operational support as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics.
- The ideal candidate should be a strong all-rounder with solid logistics expertise and a good understanding of the tourism industry in Maun.
- A well-established network and reputation within the local tourism and business community will be a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience.
