DIVISION HEAD: CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Reporting to the Engineering Services Executive Director, the opportunity will be of interest to Civil Engineers with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the design, construction and contract management of major civil engineering projects, including dams and pipelines, roads, and related infrastructure works.
The successful candidate will be proficient in FIDIC conditions of contract. The ERB registered Professional Engineer will act as the “Engineer”, manage and direct teams of Resident Engineers and Site staff at major construction projects in Botswana and other countries in Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaison and coordination with the client and will have a proven ability to resolve conflict and deliver to deadlines.
