Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Manager –
Gaborone (Permanent)

Main Purpose
To lead the development, implementation, and optimization of the bank’s Business Intelligence (Bl) and analytics capability, transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
♦ Develop and implement the Bl roadmap aligned with the bank’s strategic goals.
♦ Oversee data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
♦ Design dashboards and advanced analytics models to uncover trends and opportunities.
♦ Train business units on Bl tools and promote a data-driven culture.
♦ Lead a high-performing Bl team and manage project delivery.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong expertise in Power Bl, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling.
♦ 5+ years’ data analysis experience, with 3+ years in banking/financial services.
