Job Brief:

The Finance and Administration Manager oversees all financial and administrative operations, ensuring efficient financial management, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulations, while also managing administrative tasks and staff.

Responsibilities:

Daily

  • Trust accounts statements
  • Reconciliation
  • Payments
  • Receipts
  • Business account
  • Payments
  • Receipts
  • Reconciliations

Monthly/Other

  • Debt collection
  • Payroll
  • File management
  • Department management
  • Month end
  • Organization of events
  • Office/IT systems
  • Budgets

Qualifications:

  • Be a member of good standing with BICA
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
