Overall job purpose

The Off-site Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline. This involves researching prospects, initiating contact through various channels, and assessing their suitability based on specific criteria. They will be required to maintain detailed records of interactions, nurture relationships to keep leads engaged and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Off-site Lead Generators will operate independent from the exiting branch network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide the Bank with sales leads for its products by soliciting business from prospective customers (including individuals, corporates and loan facility schemes).
  • Arrange and attend presentations to corporates on Retail products, as assigned by the Bank.
  • Assist customers to complete online or offline application forms for all the Bank’s products, including opening accounts and loan products, as assigned.
  • Inform customers of the set requirements, security documentation, processes and procedures that pertain to products applications.
  • Ensure that completed application forms with supporting documents are processed via iPads or any other recommended bank system application.
  • Completion of all training requirements and attendance of all sessions and workshops allocated by management.
  • Comply with the standards of behavior and code of conduct provided by the bank as amended from time-to-time.
  • Completion of all assigned individual objectives within timescales.

Qualification and experience required

Degree, diploma, or any other business-related qualifications.

Must have both Long-term and Short-term insurance COPs.

Sales experience is required.

Remuneration

Retainer and Commission based.
