Partner Management Lead

To process BSCS payments/adjustments from Credit Control and Sales, monitor transaction reports to identify any suspicious transactions and conduct detailed investigations as required. Proactively identify financial crime trends through data analysis and share findings with leadership as and when needed.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all channels.
• Identify fraud patterns through the monitoring of high-risk processes and systems
• Creation and implementation of fraud controls by providing analytical data to support decisions
• Review all alerts from external sources, including Call Centre, Partners and Law Enforcement etc. and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate fraud
• Investigate reported cases as required by the business
• Provide support to the Operational and Business units of Orange Botswana on fraud related matters
• Regularly prepare reports for the Compliance and Audit Committees.
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of fraud situation in the industry
• Report risk related information and findings to the FRA Manager in a timely manner
• Assist in the successful completion of fraud risk assessments in compliance to audit requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminology or related field
• A minimum 1-year experience working in Finance in a telecommunication environment
