About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage our procurement and inventory processes. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, supplier relationship management, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and liaise with new and existing suppliers to secure competitive deals.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from order placement to delivery.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Regularly check and manage stock availability in the store.
• Conduct routine stock audits and update inventory records accurately.
• Identify discrepancies in stock and promptly report them to senior management.
• Prepare periodic procurement and inventory reports for management review.
• Forecast inventory needs based on historical data and upcoming promotions.
