Job Description

A talented and dynamic candidate is sought by our client in the Telecommunications sector to join their Sales team as Sales Admin. This individual will report to the Sales Manager. The individual’ primary responsibilities will include giving support to the sales team in carrying out run of the mill sales activities and admin work.

Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Responding to walk in customers and leads from website or email.
  • Preparing and responding to request for quotations to business developers/resellers.
  • Preparing and providing KYC documents to customers.
  • Assist the sales team with filing and records management (physical and electronic)
  • Supporting the Sales team with bid management and tender preparations.
  • Responding to daily emails, queries and enquiries from residential customers
  • Assisting the Sales and Marketing teams with Brand Activations and Marketing Campaigns.
  • Handing over SME and Enterprise clients/accounts to Sales Executives for quoting and proposal drafting.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and escalation to Sales Executives, Sales Manager where necessary

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with at least 2-3 years in Sales Representative or Account Management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail

Employment Details

  • Contract – 24 months
