Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes.
• Ensure high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage kitchen operations and inventory.
• Train kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.

Requirements and Skills:

• Qualified and experienced in Chinese cuisine.
• At least 10 years of experience in Chinese hotels or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques.
