•Operation Manager
Basic Requirements
•A relevant certificate in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
•At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in roles such as Foreman, General Foreman, Operation Manager, or similar positions.
Personal Qualities
•Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute effectively.
•Highly responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
•Respectful of others and committed to delivering excellence.
