This senior-level position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should possess most of the following attributes:

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and more than 15 years of experience in analytical or senior-level positions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge and work experience in the retail and international FMCG markets.
  • Portfolio Management: This position oversees the portfolio for the division, driving the acquisition of high-quality accounts, maintaining a balanced mix, reducing costs, and ensuring sustained profitability.
  • Lead Management: Establishes measures for the effective flow of leads, ensures timely follow-up, and maintains a healthy closure rate across the division.
  • Business Development: Manages lead sources for business development, strengthens relationships, and focuses regularly on developing the top of the lead funnel to sustain and grow business units.
  • Business Management Skills: Proficient in forwarding contracts, hedging, ratio analysis, and international marketing analysis.
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP Business One (version 9.2), and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Team Management: Supports recruiting, training, retention, and mentoring of sales teams and is responsible for controlling staff attrition within the branch.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Works with other units and businesses on new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
