Overview:
Buildersmart is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations at its upcoming branch in Ramokgwebana. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the daily operations of the branch, including staff supervision.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

-Monitor and drive sales performance to meet targets.

-Provide regular reporting to senior management.

-Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

-Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent qualification.

-Minimum 1 year of relevant management experience (added advantage).

-Strong leadership and organizational skills.

-Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
