About the job Branch Administrator
Our Client in the direct sales industry is looking for an experienced Branch Administrator to provide administrative and clerical services support at branch level. They will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient running of the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing weekly sales figures
- Capturing apps into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been submitted.
- Assisting agents order stock
- Handling client queries, telephonic and walk in client
- Ordering of stock for agents- Demo stock and stationery
- Handling supplier payment requests
- Handling petty cash
- Assisting with upfront rejection feedback
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration or similar
- Computer literacy and experience in programmes; iQ retail, SAGE, CRM and MS Office

Remuneration:
Basic Salary: +/-Â P9000.00 DOE
