Job Description
Foods Botswana (Pty) Ltd a leading nutritional Food Manufacturer located in Gaborone is in search of a high caliber, self-motivated candidates to fill the following position:
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
A vacancy exists at Foods Botswana Beverages in Gaborone for a Production Foreman in our UHT Milk
factory. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position is a prerequisite for consideration for this exiting
role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports on project progress
- Provides input into planning the sections budget.
- Schedules, forecasts and plans repairs and maintenance in the maintenance planning system.
- Inspects machines and ensure compliance with other departments including quality assurance.
- Ensures that the plant has the required manpower.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and maintainproduct quality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
