Processing Operators – Foods Botswana
Job Description
KEY DUTIES:
- Milk agitation (pre-offloading)
- Sampling tankers
- Off-loading milk into silos
- Housekeeping of milk reception and equipment
- Connection of reception pipes to the tanker
- Cleaning the processing plant
Processing duties
- Check water, steam pressure
- CIPs and sterilization
- Process Milk
- Keep detailed records of all milk receiving and related activities
- Monitor temperatures on SCADA, air pressures, flow rate on various pumps, conductivity of the detergents
used
- Report daily total opening stock, daily processed milk, daily loses and submit invoices of raw milk received
Qualification and Experience
- BGCSE or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of SCADA an added advantage plus CIP procedures
- Minimum of 1 year experience in dairy field
