candidates to join the organization as

QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

The incumbents shall be responsible for overseeing the management of a

company’s business and affairs, developing and monitoring company strategies

as well as maximizing value of the company for its members.

COMPETENCY

• A bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration/law/risk

management or a related field. A master’s degree would be an added

advantage.

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Corporate Governance and

Compliance or related field.

• A Professional Certificate in Compliance/Risk Management would be an

added advantage

• Extensive knowledge in Insurance Industry would also be an added

advantage

• Previous Board Membership experience and/or working background in

Finance or Risk Industries are an added advantage
