Partner Management Manager
To improve further on managing relationship and performance of major outsourced contracts such as Managed Services contract. The role will boost the performance of the 3PP by managing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of major service providers and suppliers providing product and services to the Core, Transmission and Radio Access Networks and lastly improve the relationship of third-party providers such Utility providers (water, electricity, land).
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Set up and manage governance of key outsourced contracts.
- Review and follow performance of key partners in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead regular reviews of the Performance contract.
- Manage evolutions of the contract, negotiate amendments and change requests.
- Ensure financial management of the key contracts, including procurement invoicing and supplier payments.
- Guide, support, motivate, and mentor the team to a culture of High performance.
- Manage conflicts and disputes with the partners.
- Manage relationship with internal Finance and legal teams.
- Manage the partner SLA.
- Assess results and performance.
- Escalate in a timely manner issues that need management intervention.
- Manage Service Improvement Plans and guarantee that they deliver the expected results on time.
- Lead execution of regularly audits of the partner (process, security policy, compliance, etc.)
- Negotiate the evolution of SLA when the business requires it.
- Identify the risks and set up mitigation plans.
- Be the main interface for all the departments of the local affiliate involved in the contract.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed through reporting on the contract’s performance, progress of projects, network evolutions, issue resolution, service improvement plans, financial aspects, etc.
- Manage the budget related to the contracts and agreements: Opex and Capex.
- Validation of reports on performance, analyzing service reports produced by the partner, identifying problems and risks, and suggesting Service Improvement Plans, validating the amount invoiced by the partner, realizing audits, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc/B.Eng. Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or Business Computing and Information Systems or any related qualification.
- A Masters Degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunications IT domain (Engineering, Operations)
