Graduate Trainee Program
For over twenty-four (24) months, you will rotate through through various departments, gaining comprehensive insight into our operations and contributing to projects.

Education

Graduates not later than the Class of 2022 with the following degrees:
Data Science
Cyber Security Analytics
Digital Banking
Process Optimization
Agribusiness Management

Experience:

No work experience required. Previous internship is a plus, but not mandatory
You must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, a proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn.
