RED EAST CONSTRUCTION is looking for the following project managers

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from start to finish. You will be accountable for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement. As a skilled project leader, you will leverage your technical expertise, organizational abilities, and exceptional communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria
– Develop comprehensive project plans that outline detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
– Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and other team discussions
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep initiatives on track
– Oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including coordinating resources, delegating tasks, and providing guidance
– Identify, analyze, and proactively address potential risks, issues, and roadblocks
– Implement effective change control processes to manage scope creep and project changes
– Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and presentations
– Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards
– Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented work environment for the project team
– Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff

Required Skills and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field
– PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
– 5+ years of experience successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
– Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software
– Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
– Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
– Adept at leading and motivating cross-functional teams
– Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other iterative project management approaches
