  • Delivering excellent customer service, at all times;
  • Attending to visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
  • Answering and forwarding any incoming calls and providing basic information when needed;
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
  • Assisting in maintaining the reception area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant should have a Customer Service certificate or related field. A Diploma in Secretarial and Administration will be an added advantage;
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • She/he should be competent in Microsoft applications.
