- Delivering excellent customer service, at all times;
- Attending to visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- Answering and forwarding any incoming calls and providing basic information when needed;
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
- Assisting in maintaining the reception area.
Qualifications and Experience
- The applicant should have a Customer Service certificate or related field. A Diploma in Secretarial and Administration will be an added advantage;
- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- She/he should be competent in Microsoft applications.
