REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
• Provide professional Brand Equity Management inputs to the creation and
maintenance of a BTC strategy that will deliver shareholder value.
• Support the Head of Brand Management in developing a marketing plan by
providing professional campaign management, corporate identity and event
management input and advice.
• Leadership of a professional brand equity team to identify commercial
opportunities that support BTC’s business goals.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Six (6) years professional experience in the marketing field.
Two years management experience in the brand and corporate identity environment in
emerging markets will be an added advantage.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP/CERTIFICATION
Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP)
Membership of any other relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
