LOSS CONTROL OFFICER
The above-mentioned vacancy exists at Clover Botswana – Gaborone in the Production Department. Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens of Botswana for the post.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Security Operations or equivalent
• Proven experience in loss control job role
• Business English: Fluent
• Travel off-site/overnight stay
• Available to do audits/investigations after hours/weekends/public holidays
• Motor vehicle license
• Computer literacy (Advanced)

JOB SUMMARY

Manage the loss control function
• Coordinate and implement loss control programs to safeguard company property and personnel.
• Assist management to curb product and crate losses.
• Conduct ad hog investigations and report on findings
• Direct the activities of the security staff and Oversee branch security systems (i.e. Alarm systems, access control, camera systems)
• Evaluate and report on current loss defense systems to determine effectiveness and limit liability.
• Do regular Site Safety/Security audits Manage own department admin
• Report incidents on Entropy system
• Investigate all Safety and loss incidents as part of a team
• Environmental compliance
• Housekeeping Manage appointed site services
• Oversee the following services: Garden, Cleaning and Security and where applicable
