An opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Controller to join an entrepreneurial and growing Financial Services business.
Key Requirements:
Relevant Financial Degree.
CA qualification-i.e. CA, ACA.
– BICA Member in good standing.
– At least three years post-qualification experience.
– Experience with financial services operations – credit and insurance – highly advantageous.
Experience working at an accounting firm in audit advantageous.
– Solid experience in all aspects of financial reporting and management.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
The successful candidate will be based in Gaborone and report directly to the CFO, offering exposure to all aspects of the business. Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, you will be a self-starter, capable of working well under pressure and thinking on your feet. A hard-working individual, happy to roll up your sleeves, you will lead by example and get involved with the business.
A fully qualified and experienced Chartered Account is essential; this is NOT negotiable.
