Camphill Community Trust is a non-governmental organisation located in Otse, Ramotswa District that offers quality education and training to learners with disabilities.

We invite applications for the post of:
Resource Development Officer

Applications are invited from self-motivated citizens with extensive knowledge of the NGO sector, strong abilities in report and proposal writing, adept skills in the project management cycle, public speaking and administration with the ability to present and prepare program budgets. The suitable candidate will develop and implement public relations, resource mobilisation and fundraising strategies for Camphill.

Qualification and Requirements
The suitable applicant should have a degree in Media and Communication/Social Sciences/ Business administration or an equivalent qualification. Previous relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Conditions of Employment:
36 months fixed term contract with possibility of renewal
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
25 days leave per annum
50% contribution to an approved medical aid scheme
