𝐖𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Procurement Coordinator

1. The main purpose of the job is to plan the development of LEMS Procurement Services, develop and implement annual Procurement Plan, budget, targets, and standard operational procedures for the Procurement Unit and coordinate strategic sourcing of goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Purchasing and Supply or full membership of Professional Procurement body (CIPS).
3. Minimum of Five (5) years’ Experience in the procurement and inventory management of stock in a healthcare facility is require, preferably in the private sector.
4. Experience in setting up a proper Procurement function will be an added advantage and is highly desirable.
5. Must be mature, emotionally intelligent, self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
6. Passionate about continuous professional development and willing to work extended hours.
7. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and business acumen.
8. Must have a valid driver’s license.
