SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (x1)- MORUPULE (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

Job Purpose
To identify, plan, develop, evaluate, and implement learning and development programs to ensure the availability of competent staff to meet Corporation needs.

Position Requirements
Qualifications
• A Minimum of City and Guilds in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Theory plus NCC Power Plant Operations or equivalent.
• Possession of post graduate Diploma in Education/ Certificate in Vocational Education & Training or Train the Trainer Qualification will be an added advantage.
• Should be Senior Authorised to required level.

Experience
• At least eight (8) years’ experience in Power Plant Operation environment.
