Role / Title: Camp Manager
Duration of Position: 3 Years with option for renewal.
Probation Period: 6 Months
Location: Based at LEC research camp near Khutse Game Reserve.
For our field camp in Khutse, we are looking for a highly motivated, English and Setswana speaking, experienced, hands-on, and hospitable individual.

Qualification, Experience & Skill requirements

⦁ MSc (or higher) degree in any related field.
⦁ Hands-on, technic-adverse, pro-active, enthusiastic & hospitable camp manager.
⦁ At least 5 years of field camp management experience.
⦁ Fluent in English & Setswana.
⦁ Vehicle maintenance knowledge and fleet management skills.
⦁ Excellent logistic & organisational skills.
⦁ General understanding of administration tasks.
⦁ Passion & capability of working under remote field conditions in Khutse.
⦁ Experience in staff management, training & supervision of dedicated teams.
