Job Description
Position Overview: 360 Motion Booth is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team part time. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our state-of-the-art photo booth equipment to various event locations in and around Gaborone, Botswana. Your exceptional driving skills and commitment to customer service will contribute to the overall success of our photo booth services.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport our photo booth equipment to event venues and ensure its proper setup.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to maintain a safe driving record.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate schedules and routes effectively.
- Communicate with clients and event organizers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to any on-site issues or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the roadways in Gaborone, Botswana, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
