Job Overview
eVoke Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to join our team in Gaborone, Botswana. This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to improve online sales and increase customer engagement
- Managing and analyzing eCommerce data, such as sales reports and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and web development, to ensure the seamless execution of eCommerce initiatives
- Overseeing the management of the client’s eCommerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for maximum efficiency
- Staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of eCommerce innovation
Necessary Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of driving eCommerce growth and increasing online sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
