Key Performance Areas

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points and permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.
• Report any suspicious behaviours and happenings to Security Supervisor.
• Conduct investigations and recommends appropriate corrective action.
• Conduct security searches.
• Maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment standards & Procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Security Management or related field.
• Valid Botswana Class B drivers’ licence
• Two years’ related experience preferably in a Mining environment
