Technical Operations Manager: 5-year Contract
The post carries an attractive remuneration package
⦁ 20 years experience in Field Operations, Sales & Contract Implementation Management
⦁ Corporate SLA management, negotiation & implementation.
⦁ Design / Sales & Implementation of cutting-edge Payment Solutions.
⦁ ePayment and white payment solutions Financial Solutions – design and implementation – Retail, Government & informal sector.
⦁ New Business Development
⦁ Contract Negotiations
⦁ Human Resources management experience an advantage
⦁ Seasoned Administrative / Communication and Managerial skills
⦁ SADC knowledge and Partnership Management
⦁ ITIL methodologies and/or certification
⦁ Understanding of POS methodologies
⦁ 3rd party supplier account management
⦁ Minimum technical certification A+ or N+ or Senior Diploma Electronics
⦁ Valid and clean SADC Driver’s License
⦁ Disciplined in adhering to corporate company policies and procedures
