Job Description

Barloworld Equipment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, we are the sole dealership of Caterpillar earthmoving equipment in Southern Africa. Barloworld Equipment Botswana invites suitable candidates for the positions of Marketing Manager, Service Coordinator and Parts Back Order Clerk tenable in Gaborone.

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Outputs

  • Receiving customer requests and tracking them daily from Product Support, other site reps and walk in customers.
  • Forward customer requests to the workshop for initiation and execution of jobs.
  • Updating customer daily on their components, equipment, repairs, and receipt completion.
  • Coordinate field service, planning office and costing activities to enable correct scheduling of jobs and align customers accordingly.
  • Receiving and tracking of customer complaints and giving feedback
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction after delivery of components/equipment

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or related field
  • Administrative experience 3+ years
  • A technical background will be an advantage
  • Computer literate – MS Office and Navision
