Applications are invited for the following positions:

Plant Manager- Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
• Valid ERB
• At least 14 years’ experience in Plant and Equipment Engineering operation
• Experience in a Managerial position for a minimum of 7 years
• ERP Experience- Enterprise Resource Planning Software
• Knowledge of budgets, KPIs, IBM, Maximo and metrics.
• Present capital request justifications to the Director of Operations
• Maintains existing plant facilities and equipment, replacing or making adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary
• Critical skills include leadership of management team, safety practices, instrumentation, automated plant operations programs
