Job Description
Oversee all Restaurant Operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. Assist Store Manager in maintaining all hy-giene, maintenance, and upkeep of all equipment within and outside of store, Stand in for both Store Manager and Assistant Manager, Ensure that cash-ups are done according to the amount specified by the cashiers, Oversee both Front and Back House Operations.
Position Requirements
BGCSE Certificate
- A minimum Diploma in Business Degree, Retail Management, Food Management or in any Business-related course
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Food Industry
- Prior work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or a similar position in the restaurant industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work long hours
- Team Leader
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- POS System Knowledge
