Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree In Pharmacy Required
- The applicant must be registered with Botswana Health professions council and have a valid blue card.
- Excellent understanding of the major pharmaceutical
- 1+ year’s experience working as a pharmacist
- Good verbal & written communication skill
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Preferably with private practice experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be in-charge pharmacy operations.
- Ensures that pharmacy operations comply with Medicines and Related Substances Act 2013.
- Dispensing medications accurately and in timely manner,
- Work with pharmacy technician and assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist patients in solving problems, such as identifying the old medication or finding an over-the-counter solution to minor health issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory of medications
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential incompatibility issues with patient prescriptions
