Job Description

To promote sales, reduce shrinkage, manage stock, manage people and control expenses in order to meet business targets. Oversee and participate in the timely receipt and distribution of all incoming and outgoing deliveries according to company standards. Report to, and attend regular meetings with Operations Manager or Head Office represent-atives, Oversee compliance or receiving practices with established Company Policies, Standards such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.

Position Requirements

  • A minimum Degree in Business Degree, Retail Management, Food Management or in any Business-related course
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Food Industry.
  • Willing to work long hours
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Should have the ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong management skills
  • Microsoft Skills
  • POS System Knowledge
